	Mohamad Amin bin Kassim Deputy Managing Director, Century Logistics Holdings Bhd Having started as a trainee executive with Guthrie Boustead Shipping Agencies in 1975, Dr. Mohamed Amin’s career has gone on to encompass near total logistics management.



	Luc Arnouts Chief Commercial Officer, Port of Antwerp Luc Arnouts took up the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Antwerp Port Authority in 2007 having previously worked for 7 years at Aviapartner where he held numerous positions including Managing Director, member of the Central Board and Chief Operations Officer for Cargo Handling.



	Doug Bannister Director, Box Trade Intelligence Throughout his 20 year career in the industry, Doug Bannisterhas been responsible for both short and deep sea container services and has managed shipping businesses across all points in the business cycle.



	Arjan Bezemer General Manager, Daikin Refrigeration Office Arjan Bezemer joined Daikin in 2002 as Service Manager for Europe, Middle East & Africa. He was part of the service team that developed and increased the service and parts network for Daikin reefer machinery globally.

	Mitchell Brooke Logistics Development Manager, Citrus Growers Association of Southern Africa Mitchell Brooke has worked in citrus since 1997, including various management positions at the port of Durban.



	Yntze Buitenwerf General Manager, Seatrade Yntze Buitenwerf has been with Seatrade since 1986 when he began working there as an operator. Throughout his time he has held many positions within Seatrade's commercial department and is currently General Manager having assumed the role in 2000.



	Alfred Cheung Founder, Green Society Association Alfred Cheung has worked in the shipping industry for the past three decades and has extensive experience in container transportation, port developments, logistics planning, IT applications, human resources and cold-chain management.



	Andy Connell Business Unit Manager, Shipping & Logistics, Dole Foods South Africa Andy Connell heads up the Dole South Africa shipping and logistics operation. Andy is also a part-time lecturer at a shipping college in Cape Town and twice a year he presents at conferences.



	Mark Copsey General Manager Intra European Trade, MacAndrews Mark Copsey has spent his whole career in the shipping industry and currently works for MacAndrews and Co Ltd.



	Dermott Crombie Vice President Global Marine Solutions, Thermo King Dr. Dermott Crombie was appointed Vice President of global marine solutions in 2004 and is responsible for overseeing Thermo King’s activities and long-term growth in both the container and the genset business worldwide.



	Yves De Cocker Co-founder, Bettens De Cocker Van Hemelen Yves is co-founder of Bettens De Cocker Van Hemelen and a member of IBA, the Belgian Maritime Law Association and I.V.R.



	Michael Dempsey Senior Vice President Sales, Port Solutions, IDENTEC SOLUTIONS Michael Dempsey is a Senior Vice President for IDENTEC SOLUTIONS, a leading global supplier of active RFID and GPS based systems in the maritime sector.



	Malcolm Dodd Managing Director, Coldchain Solutions Dr. Malcolm Dodd is a consultant with thirty years’ experience in fresh produce, cold and supply chain technologies. He currently has a major contract with Purfresh on technical and produce issues and on developing the African market for ozone technology.



	Thomas Eskesen Global Head of Refrigerated Business, Maersk Line Since joining A.P. Moller/Maersk in 1985, Thomas Eskesen has set up Maersk Line's e-commerce division and in his current role is responsible for all refrigerated business activities, encompassing commercial, operations, cargo care, innovation and business development.



	Axel Guenther Managing Director, Nagel Airfreight GmbH In November 2010, Axel Guenther was appointed Managing Director of sales and logistics operations and joint Managing Director at Nagel Airfreight GmbH.



	Britta Heine Marketing and Public Relations, NORDFROST Gmbh & Co KG Britta Heine has been Marketing Director of family-owned NORDFROST Group for the past four years.



	Ralf Heske Director Reefer Logistics, Europe and South Africa, Kuehne + Nagel Ralf Heske has been working for Kuehne + Nagel since January 2011 as Director of Reefer Logistics for Europe and South Africa.



	Jan Janssen Director, Fresh Park Venlo Jan Janssen became Director of real estate at ZON Holding in February 2011 and is co-responsible for the holding’s entire policy and specifically responsible for the Fresh Park Venlo business unit



	Palle Joergensen General Manager, Johnson Controls Palle Jørgensen is Director and General Manager of Johnson Controls’ Global Container Efficiency organisation where he is responsible for overseeing global activities in reefer temperature control, tracking and condition monitoring.



	Alexander Kapitonov Commercial Manager, Procontainer For the last three years, Alexander Kapitonov has been Commercial Manager at ProContainer Ltd, a fresh and frozen intermodal operator based in Moscow.



	Heinrich Kerstgens Managing Director, Contargo GmbH & Co. KG Heinrich Kerstgens began his professional career in multimodal transport in 1994 at Combined Container Service (CCS).



	Rick Kimura Senior Vice President, Global Reefer Management, MOL Liner Ltd Rick Kimura is Senior Vice President of Global Reefer Management at Japanese-headquartered shipping company Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) Ltd.

	Martin Schoeler Deputy Director Logistics Technology, Hamburg Sud Martin Schoeler joined Hamburg Süd in 2002 and has been Deputy Director of Logistics Technology at the company since 2004.



	Mathijs Slangen Maritime Advisor, Seabury Mathijs Slangen joined Seabury Group in 2009 and is responsible for the development of the maritime branch of the Cargo Advisory Group.

	Marc van Peel Alderman, City of Antwerp; Chairman, Port of Antwerp Marc van Peel has been chairman of the Port of Antwerp since 2007 and was instrumental in setting up the port as an independent, municipally-owned company. Over the years he has fought to provide other ports too with extensive financial and managerial autonomy.
