Ken Kinscher is Manager in the Corporate Finance / Merger & Acquisitions Department of M.M.Warburg & CO, and is responsible for the logistic sector as well as maritime equity.

M.M.Warburg & CO is the largest private owned bank in Germany. The focus of the Corporate Finance Department is on mid sized deals especially of family owned companies. Beside services regarding Mergers & Acquisition, M.M.Warburg Corporate Finance provides all services regarding Equity Capital Markets as well as Debt Advisory.

Mr. Kinscher joined M.M.Warburg & CO, in 2005 and has more than 6 years of M&A experience. Prior to joining M.M.Warburg & CO in 2005, Mr. Kinscher worked for the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) in the venture capital department. Most recently Mr. Kinscher has worked on the sale of Cargofresh AG.

Mr. Kinscher has graduated in Banking & Finance (Cologne / Florida) and holds a LL.M. (HfB Frankfurt School of Finance & Management).
